LONDOU TRADING LTD, a well-known, established importers and distributors of leading FMCG in both the food and beverage sectors, is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fill the position of Sales Supervisor in Nicosia.
• Achieve the main KPI’s of his team in regards to sales, returns, activation etc.
• Develop and improve the existing customers as well as expand into new ones.
• Constantly Coach and support the sales team.
• Follow up and coordinate the successful execution of the marketing activities related to the team.
• Ensure that the team implements and follows the company’s processes and procedures.
• Prepare daily meetings with the team, analyze daily results, sets up daily targets and solve any problems arising from the market.
• Visits on a very regular basis the major customers.
• Have a thorough communication with the sales manager, the management team and colleagues of other related departments of the company.
Personal Skills & Qualifications:
• University Degree in Business, Marketing or other Related subjects.
• Work experience in a similar position.
• Well organized, self–motivated and results driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate with fluency in using office programs.
• Possesses strong client and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
