Easy, light and delicious biscuits with RISO SCOTTI OAT ORIGINAL

The ingredients you will need:

  • 1 1/ 4 cups sunflower oil
  • 3/4 cups Riso Scotti Oat Original
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 20g lime zest
  • 20g brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup water

Execution:

Put all the ingredients – flour, sugar, lime zest and juice, Riso Scotti Oat Original milk, sunflower oil, baking soda, baking powder and water – in the mixer or in a large bowl. Mix very well until you have a homogeneous mixture. Preheat the oven to 200 and spread a  baking sheet on a pan. Put your dough in a piping bag and make small balls on the baking sheet, leaving several gaps.

Press them a little in the middle and bake your biscuits at 200 for half an hour. Once they get some color they are ready. Take them out of the oven, let them cool for a while and then serve them with coffee. So simple, so easy, so healthy and delicious.
