Green salad with fig cake and honey sauce

200g tender spinach leaves
1 bunch of rocket (without the stems)
1 green salad
1 red leaf lettuce
2 fresh onions (and the tender green part), finely chopped
1/4 bunch of dill, finely chopped (without the stems)
1/4 bunch of parsley, finely chopped (without the stems)
200 g fig cake Corona Blanca

For the sauce
80 ml of olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp. tomato paste
juice and zest of 1 orange
1 tsp. mustard, preferably spicy
salt, pepper

Chop the greens and place them in a large bowl. Add herbs and fresh onions and mix all together. Cut the fig cake into cubes and add it to the salad. In a jar with a lid (or in a bowl and a wisk) mix the ingredients for the sauce. Put half the sauce in the salads and mix well. Transfer the salad into a salad bowl and pour over the rest of the sauce. The salad is ready for serving.
