Oat Shake with banana

Α Super Fiber Oat Shake with banana so you can enjoy it before or after the main meals of the day.

Also ideal for those who are fasting.

Ingredients for 1 glass:
• 250ml oat drinks Scotti
• 20g of oat flakes
• 1 banana
• 9g of flaxseed (= approx 1 heaped teaspoon)

Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a blender for 60s. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy your drink in the morning or between meals.
