Pancakes with Riso Scotti Oat Original


1 cup Riso Scotti Oat Original

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 pinches of salt

1 tbsp sugar

A little oil for the pan

Put the milk, vinegar, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix them.

In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry and with a spoon mix the mixture until it is homogeneous. It doesn’t need much mixing.

Put a non-stick frying pan on the heat and grease it with a little olive oil. Once the pan is hot, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture for one pancake.

Bake for 2 minutes on one side until small bubbles appear on the surface.

Turn over and cook for about one and a half minutes on the other.

Serve with honey or maple syrup and fruit of our choice.
