Pergale Chocolate Mousse

Choose your favorite Pergale Dark chocolate flavor and impress your other half and / or your friends with a rich chocolate mousse with just 3 ingredients!
You’ll need:
-200ml Halta cream
-1 tablet of Dark chocolate Pergale of your choice
– a little vanilla

Procedure:
Heat up the cream just before boiling and remove it from the fire. Cut the chocolate into pieces and stir until they melt. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for one to two hours until it cools down. Remove it from the refrigerator and whisk it with wire or mixer until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
Serve in individual bowls chilled with fruit, grated chocolate, whipped cream or whatever you prefer!
* Tip: if you choose a Pergale chocolate with filling or pieces of fruit in it will give more body to your mousse making it even more special.
