Rice pudding with cinnamon and mastic

½ cup rice «arborio» Riso Scotti
½ cup water
3 cups rice drink Riso Scotti Natural
1 tbsp stevia
1 sachet vanilla
1 tsp cornmeal
1 tbsp rose water

1 tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp crushed mastic

Boil rice in ½ cup water
As soon as it absorbs it carefully pour the rice drink, vanilla and leave it again to simmer until the rice is cooked well.
Then put the stevia in and mix
Dissolve the cornstarch  in very little water and pour into the cooked rice pudding
Add the rose water and mastic.
Check the taste and pour in to the appropriate containers for serving.
Garnish with cinnamon which is the traditional garnish.
