A very easy recipe for a tasty Banana “FIT” smoothie with Riso Scotti Rice drink with Calcium for extra energy.
Ingredients for 1 glass:
• 250 ml Rice drink with calcium
• 1 banana
• 2 teaspoons of honey
Preparation: mix all ingredients in a blender for 50s and serve in a glass. If you’re planning to work out, it is recommended that in addition to the beverage consume some walnut or almonds.
