The ultimate Valentine’s Day dessert with Pergale chocolate!

Valentine’s Day is an opportunity to express and celebrate our love with our other half in the sweetest and most tender way! And what could be better than to prepare a delicious chocolate lava cake, with the excellent quality chocolate Pergale Dark 72%? An easy and quick recipe whose result will delight you!

Ingredients:

  • 150 g Pergale Dark 72%
  • 125 g butter
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (air)

2. Cut butter and chocolate into pieces and put them in a bain-marie. Stir until the ingredients melt and set aside for 2 to 3 minutes until cool.

3. Beat the 3 whole eggs, yolks and sugar in a mixer at high speed until they turn white. Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate and stir gently with a spatula.

4. Sift the flour, add it to the chocolate mixture and stir until the ingredients are homogenized.

5. Butter and flour well in 6 individual tins, divide the dessert and bake for 9′-10′. Don’t worry if in the center, it’s still fluid. This is exactly the desired result!

6. Serve lava cakes, sprinkling with icing sugar. Otherwise you can serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or forest fruits! 

Tip. Flavour the melted chocolate with some liquid vanilla or instant coffee if you like (half a teaspoon).
